✓ Recommend reputable lenders who can help you evaluate your financial situation and pre-approve you for an appropriate mortgage
✓ Help you determine the types of homes and communities that best suit your current and future needs
✓ Set you up on an MLS search and schedule showings to see a homes that you like
✓ Write and negotiate agreements of sale (aka offers)
✓ Forward all necessary documents and transaction details to our team transaction coordinator so I can focus on you and negotiate the transaction every step of the way
✓ Coordinate all necessary steps after both parties accept your offer and communicate continuously throughout the process to achieve closure
✓ Work closely with the Title company to ensure all required documents are in order and completed in a timely manner
